Features

The whole shipping operation, in one workspace

ShipStack replaces the tab-juggling between store admins, carrier sites and inventory spreadsheets with one connected system.

Order management

Every order, every channel, one queue

Orders import from Shopify and WooCommerce, CSV uploads or the API. Filter, tag, add notes and see the complete history of what happened to each order.

  • Statuses from pending to delivered with validated transitions
  • Tags, internal notes and an event timeline per order
  • CSV import for orders from anywhere else
  • Address validation flags problems before you buy a label

Rate shopping & labels

Compare rates, buy labels, print in batches

ShipStack requests rates from your own connected Shippo or EasyPost account for USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express, and shows them side by side. Postage is billed by your provider.

  • Explicit confirmation of carrier, service and exact amount before any purchase
  • Batch label purchase for many orders at once
  • 4×6 thermal, letter PDF and ZPL label formats
  • Void unused labels where your provider allows it

Inventory

Accurate stock across every warehouse

Track on-hand, reserved and available stock per location. Every receipt, adjustment, transfer and shipment is recorded as a movement you can audit.

  • Reservation when an order is ready, deduction when it ships
  • Reorder thresholds and low-stock alerts
  • Bin locations and barcodes on every product
  • Inventory quantities pushed back to connected stores

Automation

Rules that do the repetitive work

Define conditions once — destination, weight, SKU, order total, channel or tags — and let rules pick services, packages, warehouses and tags as orders arrive.

  • Rules run in a predictable, ordered sequence
  • Every rule execution is logged on the order
  • Approval thresholds hold expensive labels for review

Tracking updates from your provider feed order status and a hosted tracking page with your branding.

Analytics

Shipping spend, volume, carrier mix, transit times and exceptions — calculated from your own shipments.

Team roles

Owner, admin, warehouse manager, fulfillment staff and viewer roles. Invite teammates by email and review every meaningful change in the audit log.

REST API & webhooks

Create orders, read shipments and inventory, and subscribe to signed webhook events. Scoped API keys keep access tight.

How it works

From checkout to doorstep — and back

One workflow for every order, whether you ship ten parcels a day or run a warehouse floor.

  1. 01

    Import

Orders sync from Shopify or WooCommerce, or arrive by CSV and API, into one queue.

  2. 02

    Rate shop

Compare live rates from your connected Shippo or EasyPost account across carriers.

  3. 03

    Print

Buy and print labels one at a time or in batches on 4×6 thermal or letter paper.

  4. 04

    Track

Tracking syncs back to your store and powers a branded tracking page for customers.

  5. 05

    Return

Customers start returns from a portal; you approve, issue labels and restock.
