Shipping

Rate shop, print and track every parcel

Rates come from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express through your own connected Shippo or EasyPost account. ShipStack turns those rates into a fast, repeatable label workflow for your whole team.

Carrier connectivity

Your carriers, through your shipping account

Rates come from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express through your own connected Shippo or EasyPost account. ShipStack compares the rates your account returns and buys the label you pick — you keep your provider relationship and whatever rates you have there.

Postage is separate. Postage is billed by your shipping provider (Shippo or EasyPost) to your own account, separately from your ShipStack subscription.

Returns

Customers start a return from a portal; you approve it, issue a return label through your provider, and restock items when they arrive. Each return carries an RMA number and a full history.

Automation rules

Conditions on weight, destination, SKU, value, channel or tags trigger actions — choose a service, apply a package, assign a warehouse, add tags or require approval above a cost threshold.
