Which carriers are available?
Rates come from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express through your own connected Shippo or EasyPost account.
What counts as a shipment?
Each label purchased through ShipStack counts toward your plan's monthly shipment allowance.
What happens if I reach my monthly shipment limit?
You'll be asked to upgrade before buying more labels that month. Orders, inventory and tracking keep working.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from billing settings in your workspace at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a free trial so you can connect a store and a provider in test mode first.
